A mobile panic alert system deployed pursuant to HB5107 Engrossed - 2 - LRB104 18528 LNS 31971 b this Section shall be integrated with the PSAP serving the applicable facility's jurisdiction and shall, upon activation, transmit an alert that is delivered to the PSAP's existing infrastructure.

(b) By March 1, 2027, the Illinois State Police, in consultation with the State Board of Education and the Illinois Emergency Management Agency and Office of Homeland Security, shall develop rules for a mobile panic alert system to qualify as an Alyssa's Alert and meet the specifications of this Section.
