Plain-language change summary

The updated version of SB 3208 clarifies the weight limits for certain farm vehicles used in livestock-raising operations. It specifies that farm wagons, trailers, and similar vehicles cannot exceed 44,000 pounds on two or more axles or 24,000 pounds on a single axle, replacing previous limits that allowed for higher weights. This change matters because it helps ensure that these vehicles remain within a safer weight range, potentially reducing wear on roads and enhancing safety for all road users.
