AMENDING CHAPTER 2, TITLE 56, IDAHO CODE, BY THE ADDITION OF A NEW SECTION 56-276, IDAHO CODE, TO ESTABLISH PROVISIONS REGARDING PRECEPTORS AND PRIOR AUTHO- RIZATION EXEMPTIONS;
AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
PROVIDING A SUNSET DATE;
AND DECLARING AN EMER- GENCY AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
The provisions of Section 1 of this act shall be null, void and of no force and effect on and after July 1, 2030.
