Plain-language change summary

The recent amendment to Bill B 26-0579 makes a minor but important change to the Fraudulent Vehicle Tag and Parking Enforcement Modernization Amendment Act of 2024. It corrects the language by removing references to certain sections and clarifying that only one specific section, 201(c)(2), will apply. This adjustment is essential for ensuring the legislation is clear and properly implemented, which helps to avoid confusion in parking enforcement regulations. Overall, these changes aim to streamline the law and enhance its effectiveness.
