Plain-language change summary

The revised bill confirms the reappointment of Antonio Williams to the Board of Library Trustees without including the Mayor's lengthy nomination letter. This change simplifies the resolution process by focusing directly on the Council’s action rather than the details of the nomination. This matters because it streamlines the confirmation process, allowing the Council to act quickly on nominations without needing accompanying documentation.
