The revised bill makes a minor but important change by removing the requirement for certain sections (113 and 114(b)) to apply in the context of the Fraudulent Vehicle Tag and Parking Enforcement Modernization Act. Instead, it specifies that only Section 201(c)(2) will apply. This clarification helps ensure that the legislation is more straightforward and focuses on the necessary provisions without unnecessary complications, which could make it easier to implement and enforce parking regulations effectively.
