Be it enacted by the General Assembly ofofthe the State ofofColorado: Colorado:
In Colorado Revised Statutes, 12-280-120, amend (5)(a)(III)(D)(5)(a)(IIl)(D) as follows:
(III) Supplyanemergencykitorstarterdose,asdefinedbytheboardSupply anemergencykit orstarterdose, as definedbythe board by rule, to:
(D) Any acute treatment unit licensed by the department ofofpublic public ________ Capital letters oror&bitalic bold & italic numbers indicate new material added to existing law;
