Plain-language change summary

The updated version of Bill SB 25 includes a new note indicating that the bill is prepared for signatures from legislative officers and the Governor, along with a reminder to check the legislative status sheet for further actions. Additionally, a specific amendment was made to clarify that if land survey markers cannot be safely placed due to their location on traveled roads or public rights-of-way, alternative reference monuments should be established. This change is important as it addresses safety concerns for surveyors working in hazardous conditions, ensuring that necessary land markers can still be set reliably.
