(4) Apersonactingasafiresuppressioncontractormaynotbring any legal action to collect compensation due for performing any act for which registration is required pursuant to section 24-33.5-1206.1 unless suchcontractorallegesandprovesthathewas THEYWERE dulyregistered under said section at the time the alleged cause of action arose.
