Plain-language change summary

The updated version of SB 1335 now includes specific language about a report on teledentistry from the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS). This change emphasizes the focus on telehealth services in dentistry, which could help improve access to dental care for people who may not be able to visit a dentist in person. The removal of the reference title streamlines the bill’s presentation, making it clearer and more focused on its main intention. This matters because better access to dental care can lead to improved overall health for the community.
