In the latest version of Senate Bill 1733, a reference to the oil and gas commission and helium has been added, while some repetitive mentions of the bill title have been removed. This change clarifies that the focus of the bill includes specifics about helium regulation within the context of oil and gas. It matters because it highlights an area of resource management that may need attention, reflecting the state's interest in overseeing helium extraction alongside oil and gas activities.
