rules EACH AGENCY IN THIS STATE SHALL SUBMIT INTERPRETATIONS AND DIRECTIVES FROM ANY RELEVANT FEDERAL AGENCY REGARDING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ANY RELEVANT FEDERAL AGENCY RULES THAT PROVIDE GUIDANCE TO THIS STATE TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE SENATE, THE SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, THE CHAIRPERSON OF THE SENATE GOVERNMENT COMMITTEE, OR ITS SUCCESSOR COMMITTEE, AND THE CHAIRPERSON OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES GOVERNMENT COMMITTEE, OR ITS SUCCESSOR COMMITTEE.
