Requires a ticket reseller to clearly and conspicuously disclose an approximate delivery date for a ticket that is resold to a purchaser and that is to be delivered electronically.
2748 Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
4.
Adds the requirements relating to electronic ticket delivery do not apply to a ticket that is initially offered:
a.
at no charge and access to that ticket is not contingent on providing a form of monetary consideration;
and b.
for a charitable purpose where all proceeds from the ticket sale are provided to a charitable organization that qualifies as a 501(c)(3).
