The recent changes to HB 2168 now explicitly allow tenants of recreational vehicles to install necessary commercial cooling methods, ensuring they can maintain comfortable living conditions. Additionally, the bill clarifies that tenants and tenant associations have the right to meet within their recreational vehicles or in designated common facilities, supporting their ability to organize and address community concerns without fear of landlord interference. These updates are important as they enhance tenant rights and promote better living conditions in recreational vehicle parks.
