Plain-language change summary

In the latest version of Senate Bill 1024, the language related to state agencies making payments using cryptocurrency has been clarified and simplified. Specifically, a few introductory lines that were previously included have been removed to streamline the bill's presentation. This matters because clearer wording can help ensure that the provisions of the bill are understood and effectively implemented, which is important for both the state agencies involved and the public that will be affected by these changes.
