Plain-language change summary

The amended Bill SB 1073 simplifies how towns in Arizona fulfill their public notice requirements by allowing them to post necessary advertisements directly on their official websites, rather than needing to print them in newspapers. This change aims to make public notices more accessible and cost-effective, as it reduces reliance on print media. Additionally, the previous section regarding the time of assembly for the legislature has been removed, focusing the bill solely on public notices for towns. This shift highlights a legislative priority on modernizing communication with the public.
