Plain-language change summary

The latest version of SB 1088 removed provisions related to hydrology reports and added requirements for cities and towns in Arizona to comply with federal immigration laws. This change means that local governments, as well as their contractors, must now cooperate with federal agencies on immigration-related issues, which could impact how they handle immigration procedures and related services. This shift emphasizes the state's focus on immigration enforcement and could affect community relations and local policies.
