Plain-language change summary

The changes made to House Bill 2878 included adding specific language about "judicial foreclosure" and "excess proceeds sale," while removing some of the introductory references, such as the title and the name of the representative. This adjustment clarifies the focus of the bill on how excess money from judicial foreclosures should be managed, making it easier for people to understand what the bill addresses. This matters because it helps ensure that homeowners and potential buyers are better informed about the financial processes following a foreclosure.
