Plain-language change summary

The changes in Senate Bill 1005 involve the removal of the prefiled date and some repetitive citations of the bill. While these adjustments don’t alter the substance of the bill, they streamline the presentation of the legislation. This is important as it helps to clarify the focus on prohibiting animal testing for cosmetics sales, making it easier for the public and lawmakers to understand the primary goal of the bill.
