The updated version of House Bill 2126 has removed the introductory details, such as the pre-filing date and references to specific sponsors. These changes streamline the presentation of the bill, making it focus more on the content related to medical records and parental rights. This simplification is important because it helps ensure that the key issues are highlighted without distractions from the procedural details.
