Plain-language change summary

The changes to SB 1279 reflect a significant shift in focus from military special plates to a focus on the Sheriffs' Criminal Justice Commission. The title was modified to highlight this new emphasis, and several sections related to military support plates were completely removed. This change matters because it aligns the bill more closely with enhancing criminal justice initiatives led by sheriffs, potentially impacting how resources are allocated and managed in those areas.
