The department of transportation shall provide the use fuel dispenser labels to vendors,vendors PROVIDED THE VENDOR IS IN COMPLIANCEBULK. WITH SECTION 28-5619, SUBSECTION C.
A vendor who violates FAILS TO AFFIX A USE FUEL LABEL PROVIDED BY THE DEPARTMENT PURSUANT TO subsection B of this section is subject to a civil penalty of one hundred dollars for each day the violation continues $100.
