Plain-language change summary

The updated version of SB 1684 no longer focuses on the Department of Health Services and its regulations regarding spirituous liquor inspections. Instead, it now allocates $3 million to Arizona State University to fund its interplanetary initiative, which aims to enhance space exploration through interdisciplinary research and support for the space industry. This change matters because it represents a shift in funding priorities toward advancing Arizona's role in space technology and exploration.
