Plain-language change summary

The recent changes to Senate Bill 1170 mainly involve removing a section related to government anti-identification procedures and focusing on election procedures. The bill now emphasizes that all voting must occur in individual precincts, without using voting centers or similar methods. This matters because it aims to standardize how elections are conducted in the state, ensuring that voters have a consistent experience at the polls.
