Plain-language change summary

The bill has been revised to establish the Arizona-Ireland Trade Commission, which will focus on enhancing trade relations between Arizona and Ireland. Members of the commission will include individuals with experience in Irish affairs, appointed by the Senate President, House Speaker, and Governor. This new commission replaces a previously proposed joint legislative committee on metal theft that was set to review laws related to that issue. This change is significant as it shifts the state’s focus towards fostering international trade initiatives with Ireland, potentially benefiting local businesses and economic growth.
