Plain-language change summary

House Bill 2613 has shifted its focus from dealing with state bond contracts to addressing the future of historical societies in Arizona. Specifically, it now includes provisions to terminate both the Arizona Historical Society and the Prescott Historical Society on July 1, 2032. This change is significant because it sets a clear timeline for these organizations, potentially impacting the preservation of historical resources in the state.
