The recent amendment to HB 388 increases the maximum loan amount from the bulk fuel loan account from $750,000 to $1,500,000 for individual borrowers. This change is particularly important for cooperative corporations or electric cooperatives that serve multiple communities, as they can now secure larger loans based on the number of communities they represent.
