Plain-language change summary

In the latest version of Bill SB 1392, the amount of money allocated for establishing a state park at the headwaters of the Verde River was increased from $7 million to $10 million. This change is significant because it allows for more resources to be dedicated towards the development and preservation of the park, which could enhance recreational opportunities and conservation efforts in the area. Additionally, the appropriation is exempt from lapsing, meaning the funds can be used without the usual time constraints, ensuring that the project can proceed without financial interruptions.
