Plain-language change summary

The updated version of SB 1151 removes a specific mention of "appropriating monies" for the electric vehicle charging station pilot program. This change means that while the program still exists, it does not explicitly include funding provisions in this iteration of the bill. This is significant because it may affect how the pilot program is financed and could impact the availability of resources for installing the charging stations at state agencies.
