Plain-language change summary

The latest version of Senate Bill 1358 has clarified that it includes specifics about hand counting votes in precincts and outlines the necessary procedures. While the introductory reference title and sponsors' names have been removed, the core focus on hand counts remains intact. This change is important because it streamlines the presentation of the bill, ensuring that the emphasis is on the voting process rather than the list of individuals involved, which may make it clearer for legislators and the public who are interested in election integrity.
