Plain-language change summary

The recent amendments to House Bill 2072 adjust the funding for repaving State Route 95 from $25 million to $20 million. Additionally, the bill specifies that only areas rated as "fair or poor" will be repaved and expands the section of road included, now detailing work from the Bullhead Parkway intersection to the Courtwright Road intersection in Mohave Valley. These changes are important because they clarify how funds will be used and ensure that the focus is on improving the most deteriorated sections of this crucial roadway.
