Plain-language change summary

In the latest version of SB 1329, a new requirement was added that the procedures manual for early voting and ballot handling must receive approval from the Joint Legislative Audit Committee (JLAC) before it is finalized. This change ensures that the manual is subjected to oversight, which could improve the transparency and accountability of election procedures. By involving an additional layer of review, it aims to enhance confidence in how elections are conducted in Arizona.
