Plain-language change summary

The main changes in House Bill 2122 involve clarifying the language related to the election process for authorizing debt and how associated costs are handled. Specifically, the updated version emphasizes that bond counsel fees and financial advisory fees will be included in the costs covered by the current budget. This is significant because it ensures that voters can clearly understand the financial implications of the bond elections and how these expenses are managed, promoting transparency in local governance.
