Plain-language change summary

In the latest version of SB 1369, a line was added to clarify that the corporation commission still has the authority to set electricity rates, ensuring that existing regulations on electricity pricing remain intact. Additionally, some initial text proposing certain definitions related to vehicle classifications was removed, streamlining the bill's focus. These changes are important because they maintain regulatory oversight in a crucial area while clarifying the bill's scope regarding vehicle fuels and infrastructure.
