Plain-language change summary

The latest version of House Bill 2835 has replaced the term "cochairperson" with "chairperson" for the leadership role in the study committee. This change simplifies the structure of the committee by eliminating the co-leadership option. It's important because it may streamline decision-making and clarify responsibilities within the committee, making it more effective in its study of the international trade office.
