Plain-language change summary

In the latest amendment to HB 2866, the proposed funding for the Arizona arts trust fund was decreased from $3,500,000 to $2,000,000. This change reflects a significant reduction in the financial support allocated to arts initiatives in the state. It is important because lesser funding might impact the program's ability to support local artists and arts organizations, which can affect cultural development in Arizona.
