The recent changes to Bill SB 1547 include a shift from an annual appropriation of $2,500,000 for three years to a one-time allocation of the same amount for fiscal year 2019-2020. Additionally, the bill now requires the nonprofit organization receiving the funds to submit quarterly reports detailing the services and referrals they provide, along with specific information outlined in the amendment.
