Plain-language change summary

The amendments to HB 2456 significantly reduced the amount of money allocated to the state aviation fund from $65 million to $10 million. This change matters because it limits the financial resources available for aviation-related projects and initiatives in Arizona. By lowering the appropriation, the state may need to reevaluate priorities or seek alternative funding sources for aviation improvements.
