Plain-language change summary

The recent amendments to Bill HCM 2003 include a broader appeal to the United States Environmental Protection Agency, now also urging the Arizona Attorney General to take action. Additionally, the language was changed to emphasize the need for timely remediation of uranium pollution, rather than simply eradicating it. These updates matter because they enhance the focus on accountability and proactive measures to address a serious environmental issue affecting both public health and the economy in Arizona.
