Plain-language change summary

The amendments to HB 2308 primarily involve clarifying definitions related to the regulation of compressed medical gases. Specifically, the definition of a "compressed medical gas order" has been updated to specify that it must be issued by a medical practitioner rather than including a broader description. This change is important as it establishes clearer guidelines for who is authorized to order these gases, ensuring better compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Overall, these adjustments aim to enhance the integrity and oversight of drug distribution within the state.
