Plain-language change summary

The revised version of Bill HB 360 increased the number of voting members on a key committee from eight to ten. It now includes three representatives from personal care agencies instead of two, and three personal care assistants instead of two, ensuring a broader representation of those involved in personal care services. This change matters because it may lead to more diverse perspectives in discussions and decisions related to personal care services, potentially resulting in better outcomes for clients and service providers.
