Plain-language change summary

The updated version of Bill HB 115 has made a few key changes, such as renaming the "Naturopathy Board" to the "Naturopathy Advisory Board" and shifting the authority of appointments from the governor to the commissioner of commerce. Additionally, the advisory board is required to meet at least once a year to provide recommendations, adding a level of accountability to its functions. These changes enhance oversight and clarify the board's role in shaping policies related to naturopathy, which could ultimately improve public health standards in the field.
