(iv) changes to the exterior envelope of a building;

(vii) changes to construction that materially affects a life safety system pertaining to fire safety or the fire protection of structural elements of a building, or material alterations to a smoke evacuation and compartmentalization system or to a fire rated vertical shaft in a multistory structure;
(viii)materially altering or affecting a mechanical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, ventilation, electrical, vertical transportation, fire sprinkler, or fire alarm system in a building;
(26) "registered interior designer" means a person who has been registered by the board in the practice of registered interior design.
