(15) a person providing services limited to the planning, design, and implementation of a kitchen or bath or the specification of products for a kitchen or bath, if the space or area is in a building descrd in (6)(A) or (C) of this subsection.

This chapter may be cited as the Design Professionals [ARCHITECTS, ENGINEERS, LAND SURVEYORS, AND LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTS] Registration Act.
This chapter may be cited as the Architects, Engineers, Land Surveyors, Commercial Interior Designers, and Landscape Architects Registration Act.
