What changed in the latest version
121 added · 122 removedPlain-language change summary
The latest version of House Bill 66 has been updated to change its sponsorship from the House Judiciary Committee to the original group of Representatives, including Tuck and Schrage. This shift potentially signifies a return to the initial intentions of the bill's authors, allowing them more control over its direction. By removing the committee label, it may also streamline the bill's progress through the legislative process, making it easier for the Representatives to advocate for its approval.
