Plain-language change summary

The amendments to Senate Bill 181 remove the requirement for home inspectors to have specific identification on their advertising materials, focusing solely on contractors instead. It also clarifies what is meant by a "landing page," which is now defined as a web page that appears from search results or online ads. These changes simplify the regulations for home inspectors and streamline the identification process, potentially making it easier for them to market their services while ensuring that essential information is still accessible online.
