What changed in the latest version
94 added · 93 removedPlain-language change summary
In the latest version of SB 115, two key changes were made. First, the bill now includes a provision that allows for providing administrative services to the Violent Crimes Compensation Board, which could help streamline their operations. Additionally, it clarifies the establishment of an address confidentiality program to protect the addresses of individuals enrolled in it, ensuring their safety and privacy. These changes matter because they enhance support for crime victims and strengthen privacy protections in sensitive situations.
