What changed in the latest version
3 added · 3 removedPlain-language change summary
The updated version of SB 172 has removed the requirement for an audit compliance report from the State Medical Board, which was part of the previous bill. Additionally, instead of terminating on June 30, 2023, the board’s termination date is now extended to June 30, 2025. This change is significant because it allows the State Medical Board to continue its operations for two more years without the added accountability measure that was originally included.
