What changed in the latest version
14 added · 28 removedPlain-language change summary
The updated version of Senate Bill 2002 has removed references to reappropriations and specific capital expenses associated with the state's integrated comprehensive mental health program. This change simplifies the bill, focusing more on general appropriations without detailing specific projects, which could streamline the approval process. It also eliminates the requirement for certain funds to come from the constitutional budget reserve, affecting how funding is allocated. These alterations could impact how efficiently state funds are allocated to various programs and services moving forward.
