The amendment to SB 183 shortens the time period for a vehicle to be considered abandoned on private property from 45 days to 30 days. This change means that property owners will have the right to take ownership of abandoned vehicles more quickly, helping them to clear up clutter and maintain their property. It's an important update for homeowners who struggle with abandoned vehicles taking up space and potentially lowering property value.
